Caribbean Love Now Presents Jamathon, a Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert.
‘Caribbean Love Now’, a Caribbean Hurricane Relief and Recovery Initiative, presents JAMATHON, a Caribbean Hurricane Benefit Concert and Telethon on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 7pm-11pm at the Red Stripe Oval Premier League Soccer venue, located at 214 Spanish Town Road in Kingston, Jamaica.
This large benefit concert is produced by Downsound Entertainment and the Reggae Sumfest Team.
This high-energy concert has over 30 Reggae and Dancehall stars on the bill including Assassin, Chino McGregor, Christopher Martin, Craigy T, D-Major, Devin Di Dakta, Etana, Freddie McGregor, Harry Toddler, Iba Mahr, Jah Cure, Jesse Royal, Nesbeth, Raging Fyah, Richie Spice, Romain Virgo, Sizzla, Stephen McGregor, Tarrus Riley, Vegas, and more acts to be confirmed.
All performers will be backed by Dean Fraser’s All-Star band, which includes some of the world’s best reggae musicians.
Online tickets will be available the week of Oct. 23 and in outlets in Jamaica in early November.

The JAMATHON will be televised in Jamaica and the Caribbean, and live streamed worldwide on the Reggae Sumfest YouTube Channel “Reggae Sumfest Live Streaming and Video,” and is expected to reach a huge global audience.
Joseph Bogdanovich, head of DownSound Entertainment and Reggae Sumfest, has teamed up with sister company H&L Rapid True Value Hardware Stores, as well as Usain Bolt’s Tracks & Records, and a solid team of other companies and individuals to launch this ‘Caribbean Love Now’ Hurricane Relief Initiative and organization.
In addition to the fund-raising efforts of the JAMATHON concert and telethon, shipping containers of building materials will be sent to assist rebuilding Hurricane Irma-and-Maria ravaged islands, plus, goods are being collected from Jamaican citizens at H&L Rapid True Value Hardware Stores and other key donation stations throughout Jamaica, to ship to these Islands in need.
