Hawaii’s reggae family The Lambsbread delivers a 12 track collection full of hits with their new album “Show Love”
This Friday Dec. 3rd The Lambsbread brings us their latest musical offering, a roots reggae masterpiece titled “Show Love”. The album has a classic sound with heavy bass and drums and a modern edge production style. The Lambsbread family worked closely with legendary Jamaican bass player Chris Meredith on the tracks to give the record the foundation sound they where looking for with this project.
The message in the lyrics range from uplifting and spiritual, to revolutionary and insightful. With songs like “Show Love”, “You are the One”, and”Smile” ft. Richie Spice, The Lambsbread reminds us of our inner power and connectedness. With the tunes “Nowhere to Run”, “Chant dem down” and “Fight for your rights” ft. Anthony B comes a message of liberation and universal rights for humanity. Other notable tracks include a combination with grammy award winning vocalist Mykal Rose from the legendary super group Black Uhuru, on the tune “Nah Stop Chant” produced by well known Jamaican producer Jubba White.
The vocals are soulful and the harmonies are lush, the baselines are heavy with sweet melodies dancing through out the tracks laid down by the guitar and keyboards. The whole album is a listening experience from start to finish and the quality can be felt through out. Mixed by Samuel Rathje drummer for the Lambsbread and mastered by Grammy Award winning engineer Mike Fuller at Fuller Sound Mastering in Miami, the high quality of this record is undeniable. Distributed by Zojak Worldwide the album will be available digitally at all streaming platforms and download sites around the world Dec. 3rd, and physical copies can be ordered from the Lambsbread official website www.thelambsbreadreggae.com
