The second installment of the annual Truckee Reggae Fest scheduled for Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the beautiful Truckee Amphitheater in downtown Truckee, CA announces a rootsy line-up. The Truckee Reggae Fest Line-up includes reggae legends Black Uhuru, also Yaardcore, Prezident Brown and Soul Medic. 2023’s first Truckee Reggae Festival was a one-day event in June at the same amazing venue and featured Julian Marley among others.
This is an all-ages event and the times are from 3pm – 10pm. The Truckee River Outdoor Amphitheater is located in downtown Truckee on the river at 10500 Brockway Road, Truckee, CA. Patrons can sit on the lawn on blankets or dance below in front of the stage. There is not a bad spot in the house to view the stage.
In addition to the live music, the event will have eclectic merchandise vendor booths, Food Trucks, Beer and Wine, Live Art, Live Music, DJ’s and more.
True to the Roots is Late Nite Productions motto this summer with another amazing line up: Black Uhuru, Yaardcore, President Brown, and Soul Medic. Festival promoter, Billy Drewitz states: “Our goal with the Truckee Reggae Fest line-up is to bring authentic roots reggae music from Jamaican artists which is where reggae originated.”
Set near the Truckee River, just across the Legacy Trail, lies The Salty Gebhardt Amphitheater. An outdoor entertainment venue with comfortable lawn seating overlooks a generous stage for all sorts of performances. Late Nite Productions looks forward to seeing the beautiful people again for a celebration outdoors and under the stars in beautiful Truckee, CA.
Tickets for this event are only $40 and kids 12 and under are free. For more information on this and other events in the Northern California/Western Nevada region, visit LateNiteProductions.com
