New York, New York (December 7, 2015). With a stellar 2015 under his belt, international recording super star Shaggy is set to close the year at home. Brooklyn, has always been a second home to Shaggy, from the age of 18, therefore what better way to celebrate a succesful year than with his fans and in the heart of his ‘hometown’ Flatbush.

On December 13th Sounds of Reggae is back again for Part 2   live in concert at Kings Theatre – Brooklyn, NY. Shaggy along with legendary reggae ambassadors, Third World, Ky-Mani Marley and special guest Amber Lee will perform for the first time in Kings Theatre. Over this past year, Shaggy continued to bring his unique blend of reggae and dancehall to a world – wide audience with two singles ‘I Need Your Love Mohombi, Fayadee and Costi (Ranch/Brooklyn Knights Entertainment/ RAL) and ‘Only Love’ featuring Gene Noble and Pitbull (Ranch/Brooklyn Knights Entertainment/RAL). ‘I Need Your Love’ broke into top mainstream radio markets in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia and San Francisco; gaining rotation on major airplay stations, including WHTZ (Z100 FM), WKTU (103.5 FM), WQHT (Hot 97.1 FM) and WBMP (92.3 AMP FM).

Shaggy has demonstrated an uncanny ability to come up with Boomshots heard round the world. His latest guilty pleasure was made in collaboration with American rising artist Gene Noble and Pop Superstar Pitbull. ‘Only Love’, which peaked at #19 on the pop airplay chart has just received over 10 million streams on spotify.
